Our Scout program offers generous commissions for those who can make helpful introductions that lead to any of the following:
- Paid engagement for one of our agencies
- A full-time hire made by one of our agencies
- A successful acquisition made by Barrel Holdings
If you make an intro that result in any of the above, we are more than happy to pay a commission for your connection.
Apply via the form below and we will review and consider you as a Scout. Once accepted, we will provide a breakdown of the commissions for each type of referral. We will also provide an orientation packet and schedule an onboarding call.
We are working to build a valuable Scout network. We will host quarterly events and keep you in the loop with a monthly newsletter. There will also be opportunities to connect with other scouts.
